Sustaining the Natural State: A panel discussion featuring Metroplan, Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment, and ARDOT

Join Metroplan, ARDOT and Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment for a panel discussion featuring ARDOT’s Carbon Reduction Plan and the Energy and Environment Innovation Plan. Our panelists will dive deeper into the overall perspective regarding these plans, and how local and state transportation infrastructure are actively becoming more sustainable.

More details will be shared regarding Metroplan and Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment's Division of Air Quality ongoing efforts of partnering with various municipalities to target investment opportunities in energy infrastructure and technologies that will reduce pollutants, create high-quality jobs, and spur economic growth in the surrounding region and across the state. The plans discussed during this session will also make Arkansas eligible to compete for $4.6 billion in grant funding in 2024. We hope you will join us at our next lunch program and learn more about how our industry is making strides towards ‘Sustaining the Natural State’!
