Metroplan and ARDOT will be joined forces as Jonathan Lupton, Director of Publications at Metroplan, along with Casey Covington, Metroplan Deputy Director/CARTS Study Director, and Sunny Farmahan, Arkansas Department of Transportation Senior Transportation Planner, hosted a discussion illustrating the impact that captured census data makes on transportation improvements.
